UAMA B7.7-2003 (R2019) establishes the minimum safety requirements related to the usage of coated abrasive forms. The requirements apply to all hand-held and fixed mounted machine operations that use some form of coated abrasive product, and to safety-related maintenance precautions for the machines and machine parts. This standard also contains safety requirements pertinent to operator and bystander protection, dust collection and potentially hazardous environmental conditions.
